While this may not look terribly elegant it does have the benefit of reducing the amount of fiddling with the sauce covered wing in my hands, thus keeping me relatively clean. Just my .02$. I honestly have the hardest time eating chicken wings. I try and eat it like a mini drum stick and that just leaves me looking like a tool.
